Hi, my name is Hannah, and I suffer from Design ADD {aka DADD}. Today I was browsing my new favorite site Wookmark, and discovered the image up top. Instantly I was removed from the Wookmark-land of lovely design and photography and launched into a project that I had started sketches for approximately ... oh ... five months ago?

Yeah. It's a serious problem, this DADD. Seriously! I need a support group or something.

So, this is a little inspiration for some print materials for NorEaster Storm Systems, a badass little piece of software / iPhone app that I designed the logo for. Let's see how far I can get in this project this time.

Thanks to You Are My Fave, I discovered the portfolio of Alana McCann today. Her work is so crisp and lovely. I'm loving this series of Save the Dates and wedding invitations!

I have a new design firm crush:

Cue, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN.

This is a brand kit they did for Tuaca, an Italian liqueur.

I'm dying. Can I work there, please?? Love.

SpyreStudios

I am a busy busy person. Therefore, I've been

ignoring my blog, tumblr, and several emails... sorry!

My most recent discovery is SpyreStudios ... and I am in love.

I was browsing the web this morning looking at sleek

iPhone app designs (inspiration for a new possible joint

endeavor with a friend), and I stumbled upon this site.

They've got tons of great designs to browse through,

which I love. I am hugely visual and am constantly looking

for sleek, contemporary design inspiration! I am loving these

logos from their 40 Sexy and Creative Typography Logos collection.

[ art walk weekend ]

This past weekend was a busy one!

I spent most of my Saturday printing and

preparing for an art walk on campus for our

annual Family Weekend. I spent my evening

advertising the Fine Arts major and selling cards.

After printing, folding, labeling over 150 cards
my lame little arms were sore from operating our
huge cutting board! How pathetic is that? I need to
get away from my desk and do something physically
productive every once in a while ... gosh.
That's embarrassing.

Well, after all of that I sold one, that's right, uno,
set of cards and got several parents very interested
in photography classes for their bambinos!
Not too shabby.
